If anyone actually does believe they can stop their dog from sleeping on the sofa by buying unique dog beds then so be it. I personally can't get mine to sleep anywhere other than under the covers with me in my king sized, pocketed coil, $2 000 bed. Fortunately she doesn't smell (to me anyway) and she is small. One vital thing to remember when buying the dog bed is the safety factor. Young dogs and puppies will chew holes in things, pull out stuffing and chew off buttons. Generally the bigger the dog, the more tendency they have to be destructive. Make sure that your dog bed does not see your beloved pet on the table at the vets office.
