Has anyone purchased a Pet Patio Potty? If so, does it work?

i've had one for almost 2 years now, and not only is it more attractive than anything else i tried, it also works better than anything else i tried (dog litter, pads, etc.). pads are so messy and expensive (speny nearly $20/week), and dog litter is stinky and messy (cool thing about the potty is that paws never come in contact with the underlying litter). can't say enough about how much easier it's made condo living...
