How do I get my parents to agree with me that I can have a pet puppy plus i don't want to spay my dog.?

I want to get a boston terrier but my parents said no. my mom say that if we do get a pet whose going to watch it if we go to korea? I would like a friend for once in my life! I already checked a website called http://www.petfinder.com. It tells you how to take care of a pet. How can I convince my parents (really the problem my mom who doesn't like smelly and dirty dogs) to let me get a pet puppy? Plus I want the puppy not to be spay. Is that illegal? I want her to have babies one day. (spaying means taking out the female dog's ovaries and uterus) That's kinda mean to me because she probably wanted to have babies one day too. Any ways to help me convince my parents to let me have a pet puppy and any ways not to get her spay plus my parents kept saying only unto you get to college but that's TOO long cuz I'm in the 5th going to the 6th. Well, honey, taking care of a dog is a lot of work. They are very dependent and when you go to college, you can't take them with you, so your parents have to take care of them. Not to mention, spaying is very important, thus far it's not illegal to have them unaltered. But when female dogs go into heat they run away, bleed everywhere etc. If you spay her as a puppy she won't even know about puppies to care. There are a lot of puppies out there who need homes and are out all alone and hurting because people wouldn't spay their dogs and ended up with too many unwanted puppies, so they just throw them away. You don't want to make more puppies to make it even harder for the puppies already out there to find a home. You have to show your parents that you're not self-centered and selfish, which you would be by making your dog have possibly unwanted puppies. Just wait a few years, and I'm sure your parents will get you one as a surprise.
