I have a miniature pincher how I can train him to do pee in the center of the wee pad?

He always does it on the edge, he does pu on the center that is ok, but he can go and pee on the center no matter the pad is clean.
I cant take my dog out every time and he is find using the pad the problem is that he doenst do it at the middle of the pad, he does poo at the center of the pad but peed at the edge.

Stephanie is absolutely right. You need to train your dog to go outside. That requires some work on your part. You need to teach the dog a routine and stick to it. Minpins are notoriously difficult to potty train to begin with, and you are not going to succeed with this method. It is virtually impossible to teach a dog to pee in the middle all the time-they are not aiming, you know. Pee pads for life is an extremely expensive proposition, and one you will get tired of quickly, so you have no option at this point but to train your pin. The longer you wait, the more difficult it will become.
If you can't take the dog out enough because you are not home, you may want to re-think the whole minpin ownership. Small dogs=small bladders. They need to go out more often. This is a lifetime commitment that you need to think through.
You may want to consult a trainer or a book on potty training.
