Dog Pads Cracked

Question about my dog's pads on his paws?

My dogs pads on the underside of his paw is all dry, cracked and sharp, it doesn't seem to bother him all that much, though sometimes he has a bit of a lick or nibble at them.
I was wondering could I use human moisturiser on them? they just look o sore and i can't imagine if my feet were like that.

vaseline is good for this. just watch to make sure that he doesnt lick it off. sometimes it can cause them to get nauseous and vomit.
