Dog Litter Box Large

Placing food, water, and a litter box for small kittens?

I have 2 small chihuahuas and an Italian greyhound.
The IG can jump high, but she is pretty large. The
others are nothing to worry about

My dad's...we'll call him an acquaintance.. recently acquired
2 very small kittens. They are like 5-6 weeks old,
and only about 5 inches from
head to the base of their tails.

Well.. This (friend) was just gonna throw these kittens in a
field if he didn't find anywhere for them to go. My dad
took them.

I need to find a place to put water, food, and the kittens'
litter box. I need a place where my dogs won't be able to
get them. Now this wouldn't be a problem, but I read
in quite a few places that they should be able to get
these things whenever..

Where do you suggest I put them, or.. Do you have an idea
for something I could put around the food and stuff,
like just a barrier type thing, something I could put like
in the corner of a room, that the kittens could get into,
but the dogs couldn't?

The answers you got so far are good. also remember to place the food bowls and the litter box far away from each other. Cats are VERY clean and the don't like to sh*t where they eat/play/sleep. So if you have a spare room you can place the litter box in a closet (cats like privacy) or far corner.
